Subconscious Anxiety

How to deal with subconscious Anxiety

subconscious anxiety can affect everything you do.
Subconscious anxiety and stress

Anxiety and the subconscious mind are linked together. Subconscious Anxiety can seem almost random, and you may not really know why the anxiety is there, or what is actually causing it.  When past events or emotions are unresolved and unacknowledged, they most likely will be affecting the subconscious mind. Its common to experience stress and anxiety.

Does subconscious anxiety and stress stem from the past?

When working with anxiety and the subconscious mind, it’s important to remember that the subconscious mind works from the past. It lives in the past. 100% This is why it can be so frustrating. What caused the subconscious mind to react may no longer be an issue, but it doesn’t know that!

How to deal with Subconscious Anxiety

Here are a couple of things that I would like to suggest, that don’t involve medication, but if you are currently working with professionals, have been diagnosed or are currently taking medication, then please be sure to check with them before you do anything new!

The subconscious mind is a wonderful tool, that is unless it’s programmed with the wrong information. With Subconscious anxiety, it has the wrong information. The goal here is to rewire or retrain the subconscious mind to stop being so hyper vigilant around whatever it perceives as a threat.

Anxiety and the subconscious mind connection

What triggered the subconscious anxiety?
What triggered the subconscious anxiety?

When working with clients, I will ask what was happening in their life around (or just before) the anxiety began. This doesn’t always get the “aha – that’s it” but it does more often than not! The trick it to find out how you subconscious mind is trying to help or protect you. Sometimes the anxiety and the subconscious mind has been going on for as long as they can remember, so this can make it a bit difficult to narrow it down. Did they break up with someone, have an illness, change residences or move to a new town, get into a car accident, or even get a new job. What was happening back then. All of these factors (and many more) can become a clue into what is going on.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind. That’s what it’s good at. A good hypnotherapist can help you alleviate the subconscious anxiety, often in just a couple of sessions. You can rewire the automatic reactions at the subconscious level. You don’t necessarily need to know why you have the reactions to change them.

Energy Clearing

Energy Clearing goes to the root of the problem at the energetic level. It looks for the blocked energy, whether emotions, beliefs, or memories and neutralizes (clears) them out and they just don’t affect you anymore. This can be one of the fastest and most effective ways to eliminate stress and anxiety. (This is probably my personal favorite, actually)

Relaxation

It’s a proven fact that you can’t be both mentally and physically relaxed and experience anxiety. What that means is, if you want to lessen your stress or anxiety, get into a state of relaxation. This is the way to tackle the anxiety and the subconscious mind at the core. I have included a free hypno-meditation for relaxation and to release stress here, so be sure to download that and give it a listen.

There is a way to help lessen the stress and overcome anxiety, and the subconscious mind usually holds the keys…
