  • Response time for implementation support: within 1-2 business days
  • Technical support inquiries: within 1-2 business days
  • Emergency technical issues: addressed as soon as possible during business hours

5.3 Technical Support Scope

Technical support includes:

  • Basic troubleshooting of provided systems
  • Implementation guidance for included tools

Technical support does not include:

  • Custom coding or development work
  • Support for third-party tools not included in the program
  • Hardware or personal device troubleshooting
  • After-hours emergency support
