You Can’t be Both Stressed and Relaxed at the Same Time
It’s pretty obvious that when you are in a stressful situation, this is the opposite of feeling relaxed. The two can not coexist at the same time. It’s either one or the other.
Hypnosis in it’s very definition is a state of deep relaxation.
If you haven’t had a formal hypnosis session before, it is something that your body is already familiar with. You pass through the hypnotic state every night as you fall asleep.
