It’s time to relax. We are in a time where it’s never been so important to take care of yourself. With all the world going through such a strange and unusual time, it’s crucial that you listen to your body, rest and relax.

In this clearing session, we’re going to be looking at the need for rest and rejuvenation and clearing anything blocking you from allowing yourself to rest and rejuvenate. So stay tuned.
Hi, it’s Robin from vibration elevation and today’s card is from the energy Oracle deck and it’s up, it says rest and rejuvenation. So we’re going to be looking at what energy patterns could stop you from getting the rest you need from actually allowing yourself to take a break to rest and rejuvenate.
Now, if you’re some someone who likes to be on the go all the time and doesn’t give yourself downtime, this sometimes will create what I like to call it crash. You know, when you just go, go, go, go, go and you don’t allow yourself the downtime that your body needs, that your mind needs, that you just, you know, your whole being needs from time to time that if you don’t allow yourself to take some time for yourself, you may find, I mean at least this happens to me.
If I don’t give myself enough time to kind of relax when I need to, I will get what I call a down day or I just can’t do anything where I’ll be wanting to sleep or, you know, just, I just won’t have any energy and it’s because I go so hard. I like I, I pushed myself and when I don’t listen to what my body needs or when I, you know, feel like I probably should be taking it easy and I just keep pushing through from, you know, energy patterns from old habits or from things that I think I should be doing. This can create that like that down down days. That’s what I call them, where you just, you know, just you’re just off and you, you really can’t do what you would like to do. So this clearing, sorry about the rambling.
This clearing is going to help remove any resistance to giving yourself the needed time to take a break, to relax, to get the sleep and rest and rejuvenation that you and your body really needs and craves. So just go ahead and see what happens is we do this one. There’s nothing really to think about or to do it. Just see what, see what you feel.
All right, so that’s all done. So now if you allow yourself to just rest when you need to rest and to really follow the cues from your body when you’re really tired or you’re just not at 100% ask yourself, you know, does, does my body need a break today Do I need a break today And if you catch these clues early enough, sometimes just taking a 15 or 20 minute break and relaxing and giving yourself a little bit of space can go a long way.
